Regions

Pursuant to the NBR bylaws, motorcycle clubs campaign for their state during The Event for the opportunity to host the next year’s roundup. This vote occurs on the last day of the event. The winning City will host the event the next year.
Each Region is predetermined with a number of states to be included in that area. There are six (6) total Regions to date including West, Lower Midwest, Southwest, Northwest, Upper Midwest, & NBR. Take a look at our list below to view the states included in each of these regions. Within those specific states any city can submit their proposal to host the National Bikers Roundup event. No hosting procedure will be mailed but hand delivered ONLY by a NBR representative. Each Region is appointed a manager to oversee any and all details that apply to each of the regions.
To submit your proposal your group or group representative must attend two (2) consecutive NBR winter meetings before the upcoming year of the vote. If there are no bids presented to that scheduled region, The NBR will determine to host it in that region or move to the next one. Take a look below to view the regional NBR event schedule for the coming years.
