The National Bikers Roundup Drag Racing club consists of a team of crew members, tuning specialists, mechanics, and a rider, Carl Criswell. The team has seen great success thus far in their journey and it shows through their extensive list of track records and competition accomplishments. The NBR race team is known to outshine it’s competition in the shows and out run them on the track!
This race team also has a great cause to stand behind. Unlike most race teams out there, the National Bikers Roundup aids in helping keep troubled youth on the track and off the streets. They also host an annual food drive for “God’s Wheels” to help feed the homeless and have raised up to 95,000 LBS of food in a single event to donate!
We have been featured in several magazines such as “Ebony Magazine” (Oct.2007),”Thunder Press (2006&2007), “Cycle Dreams” (2003), “American Motorcyclist” (2001), “Enthusiast” (2000), and “Long Riders” (2001).

As a small child I was always surrounded by performance and show quality rides. My father raced cars and built some of the hottest cars in the greater Kansas City area. There for it became a way of life for me to be in that atmosphere of speed and beauty. The majority of all my work is done in house. Due to my time spent working in various shops makes me somewhat skeptical of farming work out. I work hard for my money so I don’t like taking chances of someone taking a short cut that I was not informed of.
I am a proud parent, member of the Kansas City Missouri Fire Dept, member of the Zodiac M/C of KCMO, bike, car, truck and toy builder all while trying to motivate the youth and street racers to think of safety while enjoying this sport and lifestyle. I roll with the best and represent for the life style whether it is on my bike, in my pro street Camaro or bagged trucks, customs are in the heart. You don’t grow out of it you grow with it.
My current bike is a 2001 Suzuki Hayabusa powered by a 1507 with two stages of Nitrous Oxide, Kandy paint with lots of chrome. My goal is to out shine in the show then out run on the track while maintaining style.
A second bike has been added for our upcoming seasons. This bike is a 2007 Suzuki Hayabusa Pro Mod/Super Gas style Drag Bike, which when complete will be capable of 8 second passes with the ability to run in the 7’s @200MPH with the proper assistance.
My vehicles have been featured in magazine articles, TV programs and music videos. Since I have been involved in motor sports I have managed to make it to the money rounds or semi rounds in 80% of the events that I participate in be it racing or show vehicles.
